How do I start a charging session?

You can start a session via our mobile app, by tapping an RFID card, or by using a credit card at the station.

How fast are your chargers?

Most of our stations are DC Fast Chargers (Level 3), capable of charging a typical EV to 80% in about 20-30 minutes.

What types of connectors do you support?

Our stations are equipped with CCS and CHAdeMO connectors, compatible with the vast majority of electric vehicles on the road today. Please check your vehicle's specifications to confirm compatibility.

Is there an idle fee?

Yes, to ensure chargers are available for everyone, an idle fee may apply if your car remains parked at the station after charging is complete. We'll notify you via the app when your session is ending.

How can I track my charging expenses?

All your charging sessions and receipts are available in your account history within the SAMIRCOEVPOWER mobile app. You can view detailed information for each session.

How can I get a charger installed at my business?
